Content Uniformity of different formulations can be monitored using Brimrose NIR spectrometer to ensure that each dosage unit contains the intended amount of active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) and other components.

Brimrose NIR can installed in process for analysis of content uniformity in various formulation.
A chemometric model is developed with samples from different API concentrations. This developed model helps to predict the samples with high accuracy and speed.
With the help of prediction data, we can determine presence of API, minimizing production time, and cost to market of your products.
CUTA- Content Uniformity Testing Accessory can be integrated with different modelssupplied by Brimrose for rapid and non-destructive quantitative analysis of tablets.
CUTA can collect continuous data for 10 tablets at a time by rotating a turn-table on which tablets are positioned. CUTA helps to save time, cost and ensure accuracy.
